Escape to paradise with this Tropical Virgin Dole Whip, a creamy blend of ripe pineapple and coconut that melts in your mouth.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) of ripe pineapple
  • 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) of honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of lime juice
  • Optional: Fresh pineapple slices or shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. Select ripe and juicy pineapples.
  2. Cut the pineapples into chunks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Add frozen pineapple chunks to a blender with coconut milk, honey, vanilla, and lime juice.
  4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. For a thicker consistency, add more frozen pineapple and blend again.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  7. Scoop the Dole Whip into bowls or cones, creating soft peaks.
  8. Garnish with fresh pineapple slices or shredded coconut.
  9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
  10. Let the mixture sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping again.
