Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners.
- Microwave peanut butter, honey, and salt for 20–30 seconds until warm. Stir until smooth, then fold in Rice Krispies.
- Divide mixture evenly into liners and press gently to compact.
- Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon melted chocolate over each cup and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 30–40 minutes until set.
- Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
