- 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup (240 ml) beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and ready to go.
- Cut the beef steak into bite-sized pieces, trimming any excess fat.
- Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and halve them.
- Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir gently to avoid burning.
- Transfer the garlic mixture to the crock pot once golden brown.
- Layer halved potatoes and steak pieces in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle dried thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Pour beef broth and soy sauce over the ingredients and stir gently.
- Set the crock pot to low and cook for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check if steak and potatoes are fork-tender after cooking.
- Scoop into bowls and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
