Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking soda, and salt. This is your dry ingredient mixture for the zucchini spice cake.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
