Instructions
- Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Spread the butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the preheated skillet.
- Top each slice with a few slices of cheddar cheese, followed by a generous amount of chopped kimchi.
- Place the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered side up, on top of the kimchi and cheese.
