- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons lime zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, lime zest, and lime juice until well combined.
- Spread the coconut-lime mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
