  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped cooked corned beef, sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Chill the filling mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Using your hands, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a compact ball.
  4. Prepare a shallow dish with breadcrumbs and roll each of your formed balls in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.
  5. Heat a generous amount of oil in a deep pan over medium heat, ensuring enough oil to submerge at least half of the balls.
