Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan by lining it with parchment paper. Beat the room temperature eggs and granulated sugar together until pale and fluffy.

- Toss diced strawberries with granulated sugar in a bowl and let them sit for about 10 minutes to enhance their sweetness.
