- 1/4 cup (30 g) powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until the ingredients resemble wet sand and smell buttery.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined muffin tin.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and let it cool completely.
- Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gently fold in diced strawberries without breaking them apart.
