  • 2 cups (240 g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  3. In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix with melted unsalted butter.
  4. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down gently.
  6. Spoon strawberry pie filling evenly over the cake base.
  7. Use a spatula to spread the filling, covering every corner.
  8. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  9. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to the cream cheese.
