- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix with melted unsalted butter.
- Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish, pressing down gently.
- Spoon strawberry pie filling evenly over the cake base.
- Use a spatula to spread the filling, covering every corner.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to the cream cheese.
- Dollop the cheesecake mixture over the strawberry layer and spread gently.
- Scatter fresh or sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
