  3. Slice strawberries in half and peel the bananas.

  6. Place all ingredients in the blender, starting with the liquid.
  7. Secure the lid and blend on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  8. Add more apple juice if the smoothie is too thick for desired consistency.
