Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth for a uniform dough texture.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Stir in blended cottage cheese, chopped spinach, and egg until a soft dough forms.
