Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth for a uniform dough texture.

- Stir in blended cottage cheese, chopped spinach, and egg until a soft dough forms.

- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
