  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until the ingredients are well incorporated.
