Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 cup Graham cracker Crusts
- Half cup of unsalted butter melting
- Cupcake Batter:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Half cup cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup of buttermilk (or replace with 1/2 cup milk plus half tsp vinegar)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Half cup hot water
- Filling & Frosting:
- Half cup of marshmallow fluff, or marshmallow cream
- 1 cup frosting made of chocolate
Alternate substitutions for an alternative that is gluten-free, you can use gluten-free graham crackers as well as flour. To make dairy-free alternatives make a substitution for the buttermilk using almond milk, and add a pinch of vinegar.
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust
- The oven should be preheated to 350 degF (175degC).

- Then, gradually add dry ingredients into the mix mixing until it is just combined. Then, slowly mix in your simmering liquid then mix the mixture until it is smooth.
3: Assemble and Bake
- Pour the batter on top of the Graham Cracker crust of each cupcake liners, filling approximately two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 to 20 minutes and until a toothpick is clean. Let the cupcakes cool completely before filling them and frosting.
4: Fill 4: Fill Marshmallow Fluff along with Frost
- Make use of a small spoon to scoop the center out inside each cake. Then fill with one tablespoon of marshmallow fluffy and the marshmallow topping.
