  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Warm tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Create a spice rub by mixing salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, and cloves in a bowl.
  2. Coat each piece of beef chuck roast generously with the spice mix for full flavor coverage.
  3. Layer chopped onions at the bottom of the slow cooker for sweetness and caramelization.
