- 1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shaved asparagus and sliced fennel.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the asparagus and fennel, and toss gently to coat.
