Description

Robin Egg Easter Bark is a colorful, no-bake spring dessert made with smooth white chocolate and crunchy pastel candy-coated eggs.


Ingredients

  • 1216 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
  • 1 cup pastel candy-coated chocolate eggs (Robin Eggs), roughly crushed
  • Optional pastel sprinkles
  • Optional mini marshmallows
  • Optional colored candy drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat white chocolate or candy melts in 20–30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate onto prepared sheet and spread into an even thin layer.
  4. Immediately sprinkle crushed Robin Egg candies over the melted chocolate and gently press them in.
  5. Add sprinkles or drizzle colored melted candy on top if desired.
  6. Refrigerate 20–30 minutes until fully set.
  7. Once hardened, break into irregular pieces and serve or package for gifting.
