Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 170 grams)
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup mini beef pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce (optional, for drizzling)
  • Optional toppings
  • For dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Scoop out mounds of the cheese mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly.
  4. Press mini beef pepperoni slices or your choice of optional toppings into each cheese mound.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Let the chips rest for 2–3 minutes on the baking sheet.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite dips.
