- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 170 grams)
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese (about 50 grams)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup mini beef pepperoni slices
- 2 tbsp pizza or marinara sauce (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses with the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
- Scoop out mounds of the cheese mixture and place them onto the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound slightly.
- Press mini beef pepperoni slices or your choice of optional toppings into each cheese mound.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- Let the chips rest for 2–3 minutes on the baking sheet.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite dips.
