  • 2 pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika, smoked
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well-blended.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Toss the chicken in the marinade, ensuring each piece is coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour, or preferably overnight.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately. Squeeze fresh lime juice over them or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
