- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, and condensed soup. Mix well.
- Stir in half of each cheese (½ cup cheddar, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan).
- Transfer mixture to prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let stand 5–10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
- Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saving option.
- Try adding steamed broccoli, peas, or diced bell peppers for extra nutrition.
