Description

A luxuriously creamy, cheesy casserole featuring tender shredded chicken and three different cheeses, topped with buttery crackers.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (about 1 sleeve)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, and condensed soup. Mix well.
  3. Stir in half of each cheese (½ cup cheddar, ½ cup mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan).
  4. Transfer mixture to prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let stand 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Can be assembled up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated before baking.
  • Rotisserie chicken is a great time-saving option.
