- 3 lbs Chicken Tenders
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- ½ tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- ½ tsp Salt (Optional)
- ¼ – ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper or Red Pepper Flakes (Optional)
Instructions
- Dry the Chicken: Pat the chicken tenders completely dry with paper towels.
- Mix the Seasoning: Combine the avocado oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, lemon pepper, and optional salt and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the Chicken: Add the dry chicken to the seasoning mixture and ensure it’s evenly coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Arrange in Basket: Lightly spray the air fryer basket and place the tenders in a single layer.
- Air Fry and Flip: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes, then flip each tender.
- Finish Cooking & Check Temperature: Continue to cook for another 4-6 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest and Serve: Let the tenders rest for 1-2 minutes before serving.

- Ensure chicken is well-dried before seasoning for optimal crispiness.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking.
- Best served hot with various dipping sauces.
