Instructions

  1. Cut your chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes, ensuring they’re all roughly the same size for even cooking.
  2. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels to achieve a crispy exterior.
  3. In a bowl, mix together flour, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne (if using), salt, and pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and mix in the Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
