A delicious and easy pepperoni pizza pasta bake, perfect for a family dinner. This cheesy pasta bake combines your favorite pizza flavors with comforting pasta.

- 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite shape)
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 ounces marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef or sausage with the chopped onion until no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and half of the pepperoni to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Pour the pasta mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with the remaining pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the pepperoni pizza pasta bake is heated through.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving this pepperoni pasta bake.
Notes
- For a spicier pepperoni pasta bake, add more red pepper flakes.
