Instructions
- Mix powdered sugar, butter, cream, peppermint extract, and salt until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll dough into small balls, flatten into discs, and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate patties for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Heat chocolate at 50% power in the microwave, stirring every 20–30 seconds. Add coconut oil if desired.
- Using a fork, dip each chilled patty into the chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Add crushed peppermint or sprinkles before chocolate sets.
- Refrigerate until completely set.
- Arrange on a platter or package for gifting.
