- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
- Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the tip.
- Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
