Description

Buttery, flaky crescent rolls filled with a rich and gooey pecan pie filling – the perfect quick and indulgent dessert!


Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Place a heaping tablespoon of the pecan filling onto the wide end of each crescent roll triangle.
  5. Roll up the crescent rolls, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the tip.
  6. Place the filled crescent rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
