  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth and glossy.
  4. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, alternating with whole milk.
  6. Stir in finely ground pistachios for texture and flavor.
  7. Divide batter evenly between two greased and floured 9-inch pans.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
