- 1.5 lbs flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large bell pepper (any color), sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the sliced steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated steak to the hot skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the same skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
