Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5 oz) box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes until they form fine crumbs.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the cake crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  5. Using a fork or spoon, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
  6. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and top with holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes, if desired.
