- 1 (10.5 oz) box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes (optional)
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes until they form fine crumbs.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cake crumbs with the softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a double boiler or microwave, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Using a fork or spoon, dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely.
- Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet and top with holiday sprinkles or crushed candy canes, if desired.
- Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
