  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: Black food coloring for a ‘haunted’ effect

Instructions

  1. Season the sirloin steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove steak from skillet and let it rest.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
