- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line or grease a 20 cm loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl, then mix in yogurt, egg, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add oat flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Adjust batter texture with more flour or milk if needed.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Slice when fully cooled.
