Ingredients

  • 2 pounds seedless grapes, washed and dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup shredded sweetened coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the granulated sugar, sour cream, plain yogurt, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the washed and dried grapes until they are evenly coated with the creamy dressing.
  4. If using, stir in the chopped pecans or almonds and shredded coconut.
  5. Cover the grape salad and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
