Description

A rich and creamy garlic parmesan sauce perfect for pasta, dipping, or as a flavorful topping.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and milk. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low and gradually whisk in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth and melted.
  5. Season the garlic parmesan sauce with salt and pepper to your liking.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  7. Serve the creamy garlic parmesan sauce immediately.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
