- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons white miso paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the garlic, miso paste, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Pour the garlic-miso glaze over the chicken and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, turning the chicken to coat it evenly.
- Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it warm, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
