Description

Garlic Lobster Tails are a luxurious yet easy-to-make seafood dinner, perfect for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion. Juicy lobster meat is butterflied, broiled to perfection, and brushed with rich garlic butter for a restaurant-quality meal in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails (46 oz each), thawed if frozen
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika or smoked paprika (optional, for color)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 23 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thaw lobster tails if frozen and pat dry.
  2. Cut the top shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
  3. Season lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Generously brush lobster meat with garlic butter.
  6. Broil on high for 8–10 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
  7. Drizzle with reserved garlic butter and serve with lemon wedges.
