- 2 lobster tails (4–6 oz each), thawed if frozen
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Paprika or smoked paprika (optional, for color)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2–3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Thaw lobster tails if frozen and pat dry.
- Cut the top shell lengthwise and gently lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
- Season lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Generously brush lobster meat with garlic butter.
- Broil on high for 8–10 minutes until opaque and lightly golden.
- Drizzle with reserved garlic butter and serve with lemon wedges.
