Description

A delicious and creamy garlic steak pasta recipe, perfect for a quick and satisfying dinner. This garlic steak pasta dish features tender steak and al dente pasta coated in a rich garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced steak to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  7. Return the cooked steak to the skillet.
  8. Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet with the steak and sauce.
  9. Toss everything together until the pasta and steak are well coated in the garlic cream sauce.
  10. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  11. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving this garlic steak pasta.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use garlic butter steak pasta.
  • Add mushrooms or spinach for extra vegetables in your garlic steak pasta.
  • If you prefer a garlic steak pasta no cream option, you can use a lighter sauce or omit the cream.
