  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for sautéing)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil (if using) over medium heat. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly tender and browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, until fully browned and cooked through.
  4. Return the cauliflower to the skillet with the turkey. Stir in the thyme, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and heated through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
