Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and honey until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9-inch baking dish to form an even crust.
- In another bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Pour the peanut butter yogurt mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top (if using) and gently press them into the mixture.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the bars are firm and set.
- Once frozen, cut into squares or bars and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
