  • 1 Cup heavy cream
  • Half Cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • Half cup dried sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • Leafy basil fresh to garnish

Optional Substitutions:

  • Switch chicken breasts for legs for extra flavor.

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Make a large pot that is salted to a point of boiling.
  2. Add pasta, and boil until cooked, according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Save 1/2 cup pasta liquid, and then wash and store in a bowl.

Step 2: Saute Aromatics and Chicken

  1. In a skillet with medium flame.
  2. Add onions to the pan and cook until they turn translucent (2-3 minute).
  3. Add butter and minced garlic Cook for 30 seconds, stirring frequently until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, mix in chicken pieces and sprinkle on spices. Cook for 5-6 mins until golden.

Step 3: Create the Creamy Sauce

  1. Incorporate the heavy cream as well as the reserved pasta water.
  2. Mix in the grated Parmesan cheese as well as sun dried tomatoes.
