Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then whisk in milk and water.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  4. Stir in the melted butter.
  5. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Pour or ladle about 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot griddle, tilting the pan to spread the batter evenly into a thin crepe.
  7. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the edges lift easily.
  8. Flip the crepe and cook for another minute.
  9. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Notes

  • For thinner crepes, add a little more water to the batter.
