Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)

- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (for extra cheesiness)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon paprika (for added flavor)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (for a crispy topping)
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and seasonings until well combined.
Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the bowl and stir to coat everything in the sauce.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.
Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for an easy shortcut.
Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes or diced jalapeños.
For a healthier option, use whole wheat pasta and reduced-fat cheese.
