Instructions

Step1: Prepare the Chicken

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step2: Sear the Chicken

  • Place chicken in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step3: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter.
