- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12–16 oz white chocolate or candy melts
- Optional pastel candy melts (pink, yellow, blue, green) for decorating

Instructions
- Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, crush in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully blended and smooth.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into small egg-like ovals. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Coat each chilled Oreo egg in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
- Add sprinkles or drizzle pastel candy melts before coating sets.
- Allow chocolate to fully set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.
