Description

Easter Egg Oreo Balls are easy, no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and coated in smooth chocolate. Shaped like festive Easter eggs and decorated with pastel designs, they’re creamy inside, crisp outside, and perfect for spring celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not double stuffed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1216 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • Optional pastel candy melts (pink, yellow, blue, green) for decorating
  • Sprinkles
  • Drizzled chocolate
  • Edible glitter
  • Mini candy decorations

Instructions

  1. Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, crush in a sealed bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until fully blended and smooth.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into small egg-like ovals. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy melts in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  6. Coat each chilled Oreo egg in melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on parchment paper.
  7. Add sprinkles or drizzle pastel candy melts before coating sets.
  8. Allow chocolate to fully set at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before serving.
