Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine or spaghetti pasta
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side until flaky. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and juice; simmer for about 2 minutes.
  5. Flake salmon into bite-size pieces and add it along with Parmesan cheese to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta until well coated.
