Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (about 5–6 ounces each)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season each pork chop with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and cracked pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add oil. Once hot, place the seasoned pork chops into the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent. Stir in chopped spinach and minced garlic; sauté for about 2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and add cream cheese. Stir until well combined. Gradually mix in shredded Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the cooked pork chops to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over them, allowing them to simmer in the creamy goodness for an additional 2-3 minutes.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
