- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
- In a large bowl, crush the cornflakes into coarse crumbs using your hands or the back of a spoon.
- Add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt to the crushed cornflakes. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared tart pan, going up the sides about 1 inch.
- Bake the tart for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
- Allow the tart to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy!
