Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup rosa sauce (or tomato sauce)
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 6 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Spread the rosa sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
