Coconut Rum Snow Squares are a decadent, no-bake treat that combines the rich, creamy flavors of coconut and rum. These bite-sized squares are easy to make and perfect for parties, holidays, or anytime you need a taste of the tropics.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup additional powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Add the 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and rum, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop the coconut mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into balls, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Chill the coconut rum balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chilled balls and dust them generously with the additional 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
- Serve the Coconut Rum Snow Squares chilled and enjoy!
