Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 40 g Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Coconut Water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk matcha with water until smooth and frothy. Blend the mixture until it becomes a paste.
  2. Mix together the matcha paste with heavy cream and honey. Using an electric whisk, beat until a slightly thick consistency is achieved. Be careful not to overmix.
  3. Pour coconut water into a glass.
  4. Top the coconut water with the matcha cloud mixture.
  5. Sprinkle with a little matcha powder and garnish with rosemary.
