Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Coarse salt, for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Open the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four pieces. You will have 32 pieces.
  3. Arrange the biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the pretzel bites are baking, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Once the pretzel bites are out of the oven, immediately brush them with the melted butter.
  7. While still warm and buttery, toss the pretzel bites in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  8. Sprinkle with coarse salt if desired. Serve your homemade cinnamon sugar pretzel bites warm.

  • For softer pretzel bites, do not overbake them.
