- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat together sugar and eggs until combined. Add buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- While the bread is baking, prepare the cinnamon-sugar coating by mixing sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Once the bread is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the pan and brush it with melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Allow the bread to cool completely before slicing.
